Yes, finally, we're online and pre-recorded! That's right. You could always check us out live. If you didn't already know this, stop reading and go to the WVFS website (www.wvfs.fsu.edu). But now we are finally able to post shows that may be heard anytime. I believe they may be downloaded or heard in streaming audio (so far it's worked with RealAudio and Quicktime, within Firefox).
And for those unfamiliar with Club Convergence, we are a weekly electronic radio show, which broadcasts live on Thursday evenings from 10pm - 2am (EST) on WVFS, Tallahassee (Florida). We are known for diversity...a diversity which changes direction from show to show. We try and keep it lively, mixing in everything from House, Drum 'n' Bass, Trance, Electro and Elektro as well as Hellektro, Industrial, Ambient, Experimental Noise, Techno, Glitchcore, Clicks n' Cuts, Breaks, Synthpop and even some Dub (actually look out, i've been on a kick lately)...there's probably other genres that I just can't think of right now, but you get the idea.
Now I just have to get a program that will record a live show with some consistancy...actually it may be the streaming audio player that is having problems. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can make a program (RealAudio or Winamp) continue to play, or start back after a pause?
